Have Helen Flanagan and Scott Sinclair split again? Conflicting reports over pair's relationship

Sources close to the player insisted they have split while, when asked, Helen’s camp were quick to assure that all remains well
Cute couple: But it could be over for Scott Sinclair and Helen Flanagan
As unlikely couples go, mad-as-a-box-of-frogs actress Helen Flanagan and mute footballer Scott Sinclair are up there with the best of them.
If, that is, they are even a couple these days.
Because, once again, confusion abounds over the precise state of affairs between the Manchester City winger and reality TV star/part-time model.
Sources close to the player last night insisted the couple have split [again] while, when asked, Helen’s camp were quick to assure me that all remains well.
But following the 24-year-old player’s recent break in Monaco – where he was seen flirting and partying with a string of glamorous women – the pair appear to be on rocky territory.
I’m told: “Helen was told Scott had a ‘thing’ with a girl while on holiday, a young lady he met at a posh yacht party.
"Obviously she confronted him about it but he assured her the rumours were rubbish and that nothing happened.
The source said: “But things are definitely up in the air. Helen loves Scott dearly and is desperate for things to work out between them.
“Scott, though, seems more up for a casual thing – he’s focusing on his football and recovering from injury. He is a good-looking lad who loves attention from the ladies.
“He doesn’t want a relationship in the public eye and had told a couple of people the relationship is finished.
"Scott considers himself to be young, free and single.”
But Helen, 22, evidently doesn’t agree.
The actress, who played man-mad dozy Rosie Webster in Coronation Street for 12 years, last night excitedly tweeted: “So super tired today :( which makes me emotional sensitive and mental ha! Can’t wait to have my bf home.”
The same bf she once vowed to stop tweeting about so much.
Last month, the I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here star, who has been dating Scott, who played for Britain in last year’s London Olympics, for four years, was forced to deny reports the pair had split.
The pair only moved into a £6,500 a month mansion in posh Prestbury, Cheshire, in October.
And Helen was seen out in nearby Alderley Edge yesterday after it was revealed she’d had a nose job.
While Scott has said very little about their love life, Helen has previously admitted that the couple regularly row.
She said: “Me and my boyfriend have quite a passionate relationship.
“We’re very different people – he’s one of the fastest footballers in the country and I can’t even get up the stairs because I smoke so much.
“In a relationship you have difficulties. Just because we’re in the limelight, it doesn’t make it any different.
“We get it all the time, ‘have you split?’ No, we’re still together. ‘Have you split now?’ No, we’re still together.”
Come on, guys, make your minds up.

The hand-written sheet for the 2-0 loss to Oxford on November 8, 1986 is set to be sold in Devizes, Wiltshire on June 22, and is expected to reach between £2,000 to £3,000.
The team sheet, featuring the likes of Paul McGrath and Frank Stapleton, and just one substitute, is being sold by Henry Aldridge & Son on behalf of an Oxford fan, who was given it by former Yellows player Peter Rhoades-Brown.
Auctioneer Andrew Aldridge said: "The team in November 1986 was a little different to the star-studded affair for Sir Alex's last game in charge that included global stars such as Robin Van Persie.
"The first match included names such as Chris Turner in goal, Paul McGrath at centre-back and Peter Davenport up front.
"The present owner is a life-long Oxford fan and it was given to him by Peter Rhoades-Brown, an Oxford player, as a souvenir.''
The United team against Oxford was:
1 ) Chris Turner, 2) Mike Duxbury, 3) Arthur Albiston, 4) Kevin Moran, 5) Paul McGrath, 6) Graeme Hogg, 7) Clayton Blackmore, 8) Remi Moses, 9) Frank Stapleton, 10) Peter Davenport, 11) Peter Barnes; Substitute: Jesper Olsen
